Over the past year, a total of 550 million yuan has been invested in Dongxiang County, 27 industrial poverty alleviation projects have been implemented, 31 poverty alleviation workshops have been revitalized, and more than 9700 people have been employed. The monthly per capita income of the employed population in Dongxiang is over 2600 yuan, which has stimulated the endogenous driving force for poverty alleviation. On November 21, 2020, Dongxiang County withdrew from the poverty alleviation series and achieved poverty alleviation. In February 2021, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council awarded Liaoning Fangda Group the title of "National Advanced Collective in Poverty Alleviation". In May 2021, Fang Wei, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Liaoning Fangda Group, won the title of exemplary individual for Poverty Alleviation in Gansu Province.
